Headie One and Tion Wayne filmed fighting on aeroplane but deny arrest

Headie One and Tion Wayne were filmed squaring up to each other on board an aeroplane as onlookers attempted to separate the pair.

The rappers were seen bobbing back and forth towards each other before attempting to land some blows as fellow passengers tried to intervene.

Although initial reports suggested the pair had been taken into custody after the fight, Tion took to his Instagram story to deny that he had been arrested.

Sharing a short video, he told his followers: ‘Ain’t no-one been arrested man, stop listening to lies.’

The pair are believed to have been boarding the plane to fly back from Dubai, though it is unclear what sparked the argument in the aisle.

Tion had earlier shared photos of his trip, posing next to a bright yellow sports car which he captioned: ‘Private life better than my public’.

Headie had also shared a video of him with Young T and Bugsey, all in cream outfits, telling his followers: ‘Haha look wat just come through @youngtandbugsey big up,’ as the group celebrated Don’t Rush going platinum.

Prior to this, the pair have both been having a successful year for music, with Headie bagging a number one on the UK Albums Chart with his debut record Edna, named after his late mother.

The album, which features guest appearances from fellow rappers Drake, Stormzy and Skepta, was also the first British rap debut to land at number one this year, after reaching the top spot in October.

Tion also got a top 10 hit with I Dunno, alongside Dutchavelli and Stormzy and also teamed up with Manny Norté, 6LACK and Rema featuring Love Renaissance for 4AM.
