Joanna Page, 44, shows off huge baby bump ahead of fourth childs birth
Gavin and Stacey's Joanna Page is gearing up to welcome her and husband James' fourth bundle of joy.
Joanna, 44, shared a photo with a massive smile as she showed off her even bigger baby bump.
Sharing an image on Instagram to her 98.1,000 followers, the comedy actress is seen lifting her colourful knitwear jumper up to reveal her growing baby bump.
She captioned the snap with: "I think my stomach’s popped #notlongnow" and fans and fellow actors showed support.
Mother-of-two Melanie Sykes said: "Big hugs, gorgeous lady xxxxxx."
"Oh my goodness!!!! yes Jo!!!," Tamzin Outhwaite added.
Initially telling fans she was pregnant back in the summer, the actress has been busy working on the Pet Show for ITV.
In her announcement post, Joanna wore a long white summer dress paired with a green khaki jacket and said: "Well, this is a surprise!! Baby number 4 on the way! It’s going to be a busy Christmas! #pregnant #babyontheway @jamesthornton_."
Receiving well over 27,000 Instagram likes, the news was well received by her fans.
One delighted user on the social media app said: "Congratulations. You will be an excellent mum!! Your my favourite actor and I hope your pregnancy goes really well! You deserve it."
Another continued the sentiment and added: "I think you are lovely, what a great actress. Good luck with baby #4 xxx."
Joanna and actor and voice over artist husband James Thornton already have three children – Eva, seven, Kit, five, and Noah, four.
Excited for the new member of their family, Joanna spoke to the Sun about lockdown marital woes.
She said: “Then we went through a month of literally not saying a single word to each other.
“We came out of that a bit numb and deadened and desperate for anything we could get because we just argued so much.
“We spent the whole of the first lockdown arguing and threatening to divorce each other.
“‘Let’s get some sex in before we have to pick the kids up from school’ — that’s how desperate we’d got.”
The couple have been married for 17 years, and viewers may recognise James, 46, as John Barton in Emmerdale.
Gavin and Stacey fans will get a taste of the show once again as two of its cast reunite to work on another project.
Ruth Jones, who co-created the sitcom with James Corden and played Nessa, will star alongside Uncle Bryn's Rob Brydon in the forthcoming BBC special Gaynor & Ray.
