Kanye West Shares Snippet Of New Song ‘Believe What I Say’

Rapper Kanye West has shared a snippet of his upcoming release, “Believe What I Say.”

Published on Twitter, the 40-second video appears to have been shot on a moving boat, and features the lyrics “You ask him to feel protected/And still feel protected/Just one time for the record/Just one time for the record/ Don’t agree with the message/Don’t agree with the methods.”

The song samples a portion of the 1998 Lauryn Hill song “Doo Wop (That Thing).” The official release date of the new track has yet to be announced.

Meanwhile, the Donda album, which was scheduled for release in late July, appears to have been pushed back indefinitely, in addition to the accompanying film that ‘Ye had announced at the time.
