Posting the photo to Instagram, Steph captioned it: “Love this throwback pic @mrdanwalker sent to me from our @bbcbreakfast days together.

“Two stand out things… I am heavily pregnant and Dan is holding a plastic pig…”

She added: “I can’t even remember what the story was to explain what’s going on here!”

Dan replied: “One of my favourites,” alongside the heart eyes emoji, but couldn’t give more detail about the context behind the picture.

One fan hazarded a guess: “It’s an alternative version of a Nativity Play!” they suggested, jokingly.

Another was taken by how Dan was holding the model farm animal: “We all need someone to hold us like @mrdanwalker holds that pig,” they quipped.

A third remembered how nice it was to be able to sit so close to friends and not worry about Covid, saying: “The things we did pre lockdown eh?!”

A fourth added: “OMG you both look so lovely. Remember these days when you were on breakfast!”

But it was down to a fifth viewer who recalled what was going on.

“I remember this!” they exclaimed, “If I remember correctly it was a piece about farms and how they are changing.”

Elsewhere, Steph shared her support for her Packed Lunch co-star Chris Kamara, after he opened up about being diagnosed with an underactive thyroid.

It comes after the ex-professional footballer explained that he had experienced “brain fog” during his appearance on The One Show, where he had been left unable to remember any information about his album when he was questioned by hosts Alex Jones and Michael Ball.

Steph took to Twitter to update fans on his health and expressed her delight that Chris is “getting help” following his diagnosis.

In view of her 411,000 followers, Steph retweeted a clip from her show with the pundit.

The caption read: “After @chris_kammy revealed he was going for a brain scan after worrying he might be suffering from dementia, he has now discovered that he has an underactive thyroid.

“@DrPeteTaylor tells Steph the symptoms that people should be looking out for.”

Steph penned: “So pleased our Kammy is ok and getting the help he needs after his recent health scare.”
