US election 2020: Khloe Kardashian has sleepless night over vote
Khloe Kardashian complained of a sleepless night amid the US election results.
Donald Trump and Joe Biden are battling it out for the Presidency, with some states in America still counting their votes almost 24 hours after the polls closed.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star discussed the election on Twitter, revealing the wait for the result had filled her with anxiety.
‘I haven’t slept, not for a minute!! Anxiety on a 10 10 10,’ the 36-year-old told followers.
‘I am seeing that so many people were unable to sleep because of the elections,’ she continued.
‘Even people not from this country. Many are riddled with nerves. Try to take care of yourselves today. 30 mins of praying or meditation may help.’
Khloe’s words come after brother-in-law Kanye West racked up more than 60,000 votes in the US election.
Vulture states he failed to put up a substantial battle, with his highest count coming in Tennessee – where he got more than 10,000 votes.
The Gold Digger rapper admitted defeat in the early hours of this morning but kept his spirits high, sharing his hopes for a 2024 election.
Taking to Twitter, he simply posted: ‘WELP KANYE 2024.’
The dad-of-four announced he was running for president earlier this year, raising eyebrows around the world.
He failed to get on a number of ballots after missing various deadlines, but managed to be submitted on forms for Tennessee, Arkansas, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Utah, Iowa, Colorado and Vermont.
Kanye also voted for himself in Wyoming, where he submitted a ballot for the first time ever.
‘Today I am voting for the first time in my life for the President of the United States,’ he told fans. ‘And it’s for someone I truly trust…me.’
