A MAN who forked out over £4,000 on a set of gnashers took to social media to share his new smile.

Owen Mcdonagh from the UK, took to TikTok to share his dental journey.

Owen, first jetted to Turkey to get 20 crowns put in for £4,500 in total.

While waiting to get his natural teeth drilled down, he gave viewers a nervous smile with his old teeth still in tact.

He then showed off his filed down teeth as he picked out the new style of teeth he would go for.

The different styles included 'Aggressive Style,' 'Softened Style,' and 'Hollywood Style.'

After revealing the different steps he undertook to get his perfect smile, Owen showed a before and after clip of his teeth.

While lounging on a sunbed he showed off his old smile, before the clip changed to him showing off his new teeth.

And the results left people stunned.

The video soon went viral with over 150k views and in the comments section Owen revealed he spent £4,500 on the procedure.

Many assumed his before picture were the final results as people claimed he had perfect teeth to begin with.

One wrote: "I thought the before ones were the results they were perfect."

Another person commented: "Better before pal."

"Your teeth before we’re absolutely perfect," added a third.

And some meanies took to the comments to reveal his new gnashers looked more like piano keys than teeth.

One remarked: "Elton John said can he have his piano keys back please."

Another person penned: "Ruined."

A third quipped: "Aww you’ve ruined some perfect teeth."

however, Owen revealed that his natural teeth were 'chipped' in the comments section of the video.

Another person warned: "Bro you had an amazing teeth and ruined already, after 10 years replacing them again and again till you need implants because there will be no teeth left.2

But for Owen, it was important to live life in the moment, he wrote: "I know but you gotta live in the moment."

He is just one of many who have jetted off to Turkey to get their teeth done, in a trend that has been dubbed "Turkey teeth".

The TikTok hashtag "#TurkeyTeeth" has reached more than 130 million views.

Several reality TV influencers and celebrities have also had veneers done, including former Love Island star Jack Fincham and Katie Price.

While some people claimed he ruined his teeth, many said it was the most natural 'Turkey Teeth' procedure they had seen.

One person added: "Look unreal boyyy."
