I own a dream tiny home on wheels – it measures in at just 34x10ft but people can't believe it once they step inside | The Sun

AN innovative homeowner has made it her mission to turn a compact space into a bright, airy oasis.

Jen (@trailheadytiny) on TikTok has given viewers a glimpse of her very own tiny home and all the design elements that she has incorporated to open up the space.

The recorded tour was reposted by @99tinyhouse, an account that highlights some of the incredible construction springing from the tiny house movement.

"Hello and welcome to my 34 by 10ft tiny house on wheels," Jen began, showing her viewers the view as she stepped through the door.

The homeowner noted that her tiny home features 14 windows, four skylights, and two full-glass French doors.

She believes that these added appliances help the space "feel light, bright, and cheerful."

In the living room, Jen showed off a full-size sofa and a 50-inch screen TV.

She said the room was "perfect for family movie night," despite being rather small.

Next, Jen took her followers up to her daughter's bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed, skylight, and "all kinds of cubbies for everything she needs."

For this tiny-home dweller, the most important part of her living situation is the kitchen.

"It was important to me that most of my space is a kitchen, because that's where people usually end up in my home," she explained, adding that most of her family memories were created while cooking.

Jen also revealed the secret spot that doubles as a pantry.

"This set of storage stairs houses a pantry and it leads to my standing loft," she explained.

The bathroom also includes some unique appliances, including a trough soaker tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Finally, Jen showed off her own room, which was complete with a king-sized bed, hanging closet, and huge skylight.

"I really love being able to stare out at the stars and moon at night," the homeowner pointed out before concluding her tour.

In the comments section, many people were shocked by the sense of space and beautiful details.

"Tiny house…?" one person asked. "Its bigger than most apartments in London."

"This is honestly the nicest tiny home I’ve seen with gorgeous decor and all the luxury you need," another admirer wrote.

Some people suggested that there could be some expenses associated with the design.

"That many windows means it’s going to take a lot of energy costs to cool it down," one TikToker mentioned.

A few people asked Jen how much the tiny house costs to maintain, and many others wanted more information on where they could buy one to build themselves.
