I'm a hairdresser and have tried every haircut out there – but there's only five I’d recommend | The Sun

CHANGING your hairstyle can be daunting if you like to stick to the same look.

But professional stylist Stella Cini proved there's nothing to worry about because she's tried almost every haircut out there – she shared the five she loved the most on TikTok.

Although every haircut will look slightly different depending on your face shape and type of hair these looks were winners for Stella.

Pixie cut

It might not be for everyone, but Stella admitted she's obsessed with this bold style.

The super short cut is a favourite of the pro's because of how "fun" and "polished" it looks, not mention low-maintenance.

It's even better if you dye your tresses "a striking colour" to amplify the cut too, Stella explained.

Wolf cut

This haircut, also known as the butterfly cut, was huge in the 80s and has comeback in a big way.

"The way it falls is an incredibly beautiful layered cut," Stella said.

"If you wanted it down you had this very cool rocker chick aesthetic but at the same time very hassle free.

"If you wanted to just pull it out of your face you can just grab a clip and there you go."

Buzzcut

Stella also loved this style because of how bold it looks, but unlike the rest of the styles, this one made her top five because of the fun designs you can paint and dye on top, including hearts and flowers.

She explained: "I ended up trying a whole load of different designs practically every two weeks or so.

"It makes you completely rethink how we look at beauty and how we look at hair because it forces you to step out of your comfort zona and try things."

Curtain bangs

Another look that's bang on trend right now, Stella raved about this style because it can suit everyone.

"It's incredibly chic, anytime I see a curtain bag on anyone, any face shape, any hair type, any aesthetic, it's always going to look amazing.

You can go as long or short as you want with this cut too, so there's no pressure to go straight in with a big chop.

Blunt bob

"It is always and forever a classy haircut," Stella said.

You can go bold and short or go more subtle with a long bob, also known as a lob.

The blunt of is great because you've still got plenty of hair to "play around with" but it's short enough that it's super low-maintenance and "won't tape up all of your time."
