“Bachelor” Zach Shallcross finally picked his fiancée — and gave her a jaw-dropping rock to prove his love.
On Monday night’s Season 27 finale, the tech exec proposed to Kaity Biggar, choosing her over runner-up Gabi Elnicki and popping the question with an enormous diamond ring.
Shallcross, 26, proposed to the ER nurse with an oval-cut Neil Lane sparkler featuring a three-sided diamond band and a halo of round-cut stones, which Biggar, 28, told People is “like a huge disco ball.”
The ring also includes a gallery set with over 150 smaller diamonds, bringing the bauble’s total count to 3.10 carats.
“It’s heavy, huh?” Shallcross joked to his fiancée, who said the ring is so weighty “you need a sling for sure.”

The couple are glad to be able to flaunt the ring (and their relationship) in public now that the world knows about their engagement.
They revealed that they’ve been sneaking around and wearing disguises in public.
While Shallcross plans to move to Biggar’s hometown of Austin, Texas, the couple told “Bachelor” host Jesse Palmer on “After the Final Rose” that they’re discussing a walk down the aisle in 2025, but are in “no rush” to plan their nuptials.

“We’ve seen each other quite a few times and we get these happy couple weekends. I’ve never gotten sick of him, so it’s been great,” Biggar told People.
“All I want is more time with him. When he gets to Austin, we’re just going to try and live this normal life that we’ve been wanting to for so long. We’re super excited.”
