In the product description, it said: "Designed for more fun, it's your little secret that packs a big punch."
The supermarket's delivery service started selling the caffeine based supplement designed to enhance sex lives by increasing energy.
According to The Sun, the pills have already received rave reviews from customers.
One reviewer admitted: "These pills are the real deal. Just ask my gf."
Another said: "Seeing as M&S has a bit of a staid image, this might be a shock for some."
The ingredients include guarana, fenugreek, griffonia seed, cocoa seed and magnesium stearate.
In order to buy the products, shoppers have to be over the age of 18 to purchase the supplements.
The product description reads: "Caffeine based stimulant for increased energy when you need it most.
"Mendurance supplement is your wingman when you just need a little extra oomph."
The product shouldn't be used if someone's pregnant or breastfeeding.

Appearing on This Morning Dr Chris Steele said the pills won't help with erectile dysfunction.
He added: "It's a caffeine based supplement formulated to give you more energy in your sex life, it's called Mendurance.
"I looked this up and in the small print it states, it will not help with erectile dysfunction.
"I think it's a capsule, £12.99 for ten but it only contains herbal extracts, but nothing that will help erectile dysfunction."
