Myleene Klass reportedly turned down a Hear'Say reunion recently.

The noughties pop favourites have been rumoured to be reforming, but it appears Myleene Klass won’t be joining them.

This year, the group mark their 20th anniversary after winning ITV reality show Popstars, and amid reunion rumours, a source told The Sun: “Hear’Say were one of the original reality groups to come good, and something of a cult band.

“Right now, there’s a real demand for nostalgia and feel-good celebrity — and Hear’Say fit the bill.

“The group exchanged a series of messages about a reunion, proposing a few tour dates and a couple of one-off TV appearances, as well as a possible ITV documentary.

“But after much consideration, Myleene politely said that after a lot of thought she didn’t think the time was right for her.”

The successful band had four hit singles, two of which reached the No1 spot, and their biggest hit was debut song Pure and Simple.

As well, they hd a sell-out tour, and performed at Prince Philip’s 80th birthday celebrations but after friction amongst the members, the group went their separate ways in 2002.

So where are the members of Hear'Say now? Let’s take a look…

Danny Foster

Aspiring pop star Danny Foster was only 17 when he auditioned for the first series of the ITV show.

The Londoner has continued to pursue a singing career ever since the band separated after their second album failed to make an impact in the UK.

Like Liberty X singer Kevin Simm, the 41 year old tried his luck on BBC’s reality TV show The Voice.

Sadly his version of Spice Girls’ iconic Wannabe failed to impress the judges and not one member turned their seats around.

This hasn’t put Danny off in the slightest in following his dreams.

The TV personality made the switch to soul music where he has formed Danny Foster & The Big Soul Corporation and he tours the UK as the lead singer of the band.

Danny married Victoria Goddard in 2003 and he shares peeks into his life on his Instagram, where he has just shy of 3,000 followers.

Myleene Klass

Myleene, 42, went on to become a household name and her career has skyrocketed since leaving the band.

She’s had number one classical music albums and she’s appeared as host on the likes of the The One Show, Popstar to Operastar and her own radio show Smooth Radio.

The star was married to Graham Quinn but they split soon after their daughter Hero, nine, was born.

The trained pianist is now engaged to PR man Simon Motson, and they welcomed their son Apollo in 2019.

Myleene also has a child Ava, 13, with ex husband Graham.

Despite having a lovely family and professional life, Myleene has previously spoken about her battle with drink.

The singer and former I'm A Celebrity campmate said it surfaced when she and Graham were going through their split, and she explained on the Yahoo podcast White Wine Question Time: “I remember waking up and thinking it's OK to have a drink at 11am, because I hadn't had a drink in five hours.

“I was doing breakfast TV and I went to get out the car and I thought, 'I can’t.’

“I was right in the middle of the divorce. And I opened the door, and I couldn't get out the car. I couldn't breathe. Finances were spiralling because I thought, 'I'm going to lose everything'."

Noel Sullivan

Welsh star Noel quit his part-time job as a waiter after impressing judges Nigel Lythgoe and Nicki Chapman on the Davina McCall hosted show.

The 40 year old made the switch to musical theatre after the chart-toppers spilt up in 2002.

The former puppeteer went on to star in Fame, took on the main role of Danny Zuko in Grease as well as sharing the role of Tick/Mitzi with Jason Donovan in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert in 2013.

Noel has also turned his hand to acting.

The performer made a cameo appearance in Gavin & Stacey and starred in a series of Ordinary Lies, followed by popping up in Years and Years in 2019.

He also shocked fans on This Morning as he appeared on the show and revealed he’d gained two stone to play Jack Black's character Dewey Finn in School Of Rock.

Noel and his partner James tied the knot in 2017, and he shared a powerful Instagram post about his sexuality too, saying he felt pressured to keep it a secret at the height of his fame.

"As a 19 year old, I was told to shut up about my sexuality. If I wanted a career, I had to be something else. Silent. It ruined me," he said.

"No one was held accountable for the years of depression and self abuse that followed. It got to the point where I felt like I couldn't speak out anymore because my time in the spotlight had passed and I assumed no one would care."

Johnny Shentall

Singer Johnny was a member of British garage band Boom! before joining Hear’Say after winning the audition process to replace Kym Marsh.

His time as a member of the Bridge Over Troubled Water group was very short-lived as they split up later in the year.

It was a match made in pop heaven when Johnny met and fell in love with Steps’ own Lisa Scott-Lee.

The romantic pair both appeared on reality TV show CelebAir together in 2008, but were sacked in a double elimination after skiving off their cabin crew work to party in Ibiza instead.

The musical couple married in 2004 and are now the parents of a boy and a girl.

Similarly to former band member Noel, the dancer has made his mark in musical theatre where he previously performed as Chuck Cranston in Footloose.

Kym Marsh

Kym, 44, also went on to become a very famous face and landed a role in Coronation Street playing Michelle Connor.

Kym married EastEnders star Jack Ryder in 2002 but they split in 2008, and she married Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas.

Their son Archie was but 18 weeks early and tragically passed away after birth in 2009.

Despite their differences, Kym admitted Myleene was the first person to reach out after his tragic death.

“We hadn't really kept in contact but, being a mum herself, Myleene rang to see how I was," she wrote.

"We were both in tears on the phone and, in the days after Archie's death, we talked more and more.

"Myleene really was there for me. She helped me choose the music for Archie's funeral and sent the most beautiful bouquet of flowers to the crematorium.

She shares her other two children, Emilie and her son David with ex-partner Dave Cunliffe.

Suzanne, 39, also went on to have a career in the West End, and she appeared in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and The Rocky Horror Show.
