Andre Onana blamed AGAIN as Man Utd concede to Brentford with fans saying 'De Gea must be laughing his head off' | The Sun

ANDRE ONANA's debut season for Manchester United continues to go from bad to worse.

The Cameroon international was brought in by Erik ten Hag to replace long-time stopper David de Gea, who left Old Trafford in the summer.

But the keeper has endured a nightmare start to life at the Theatre of Dreams, making several gaffes.

His poor form continued in the Red Devils' Premier League clash with Brentford on Saturday.

The former Ajax stopper allowed a tame shot from Mathias Jensen to squeeze underneath him in the 26th minute to give the Bees a shock lead.

And scores of United fans took to X (formerly Twitter) to voice their frustrations with the 27-year-old's latest error.

One wrote: "Remember when they said Onana was De Gea’s upgrade."

Another said: "Onana is terrible."

And another said: "I used to think United’s defence was exposing Onana -but it seems he’s just bad."

One remarked: "Watching Onana play is gonna give me a heart attack."
