Man City star Jack Grealish pays touching tribute to his baby brother on 22nd anniversary of his tragic death

JACK GREALISH has paid a touching tribute to his baby brother on the anniversary of his untimely passing.

The Manchester City and England star posted a picture of his brother Keelan’s gravestone on Saturday to mark the 22nd anniversary of his death.

Keelan was just nine months old when he passed away from cot death when Jack was four.

Jack, 26, has repeatedly honoured his brother’s memory during his career.

When he scored his first senior goal while on loan at Notts County in the 2013/14 season, he dedicated it to Keelan.

And in November 2018 while playing for Aston Villa, he dedicated his goal in a 4-2 victory to his sibling.
