MANCHESTER UNITED defender Raphael Varane will reportedly face a late fitness test ahead of the trip to Liverpool.

The Red Devils visit Anfield this afternoon hoping to strengthen their position in the top four.

However, United have not won on Liverpool's turf in any of their last six Premier League visits.
