The Poland international is widely regarded as one of the best strikers in the world, and by some even as one of the best of all time.
The 33-year-old has scored 344 goals in 374 games for Bayern Munich since signing from Borussia Dortmund in 2014, including 50 goals in 46 games last season.
But with his contract expiring in 2023, Lewandowski seems set for one final big move this summer, with Spanish giants Barcelona looking the likely destination.
The Poland captain has won the European Golden Shoe in both the last two seasons, having scored 48 goals in all competitions the previous season, and has won the last two editions of The Best FIFA Men's Player award.
He also came second behind PSG's Lionel Messi in the 2021 Ballon d'Or, and has been named in FIFPro's World XI for the last two years.

Barcelona are in the midst of a transitional phase, having not won La Liga since 2019 and having to deal with major financial issues that resulted in Messi's departure from the club.
But since club legend Xavi has taken over as manager, the club have been on an upward trajectory both on and off the pitch.
The Spanish giants appear to be able to compete financially again, having signed the likes of Ferran Torres and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in January.
Along with Lewandowski, the Catalan club have been heavily linked with the likes of Raphinha, Marcos Alonso and Ruben Neves this summer.
Bayern remain adamant that he is under contract and therefore not for sale in this window and Lewandowski staying at the Allianz Arena this year can be backed at 5/2 with Sky Bet.
There are also a number of Premier League giants who are currently in need of a striker who are thought to be keen on Lewandowski's signature.
Chelsea are the frontrunners from the Premier League and have been backed in from 10/1 odds to 6/1 with Sky Bet, following reports they will target the Pole if they miss out on signing Gabriel Jesus from Manchester City.
PSG can be backed at 14/1 to be Lewa's next destination as they once again go in search of that elusive Champions League win.
Liverpool are also believed to be monitoring the striker's current situation but are priced at 20/1.
Manchester United are next at 25/1 with Erik ten Hag looking to improve his current squad he's inherited from Ralf Rangnick.
Arsenal, Real Madrid, Juventus, Manchester City and Newcastle are all priced as rank outsiders at 33/1.
