The Open fans in hysterics as they spot leader Brian Harman 'running a pro shop under his umbrella' at Hoylake | The Sun

GOLF fans were left in hysterics after a shot of Brian Harman carrying a fully-loaded umbrella went viral.

The 36-year-old American was leading The Open at Hoylake going into the fourth round.

The star made it to 12 under par after an impressive first three rounds.

Cameron Young was his nearest challenger at seven under before play resumed today.

Harman had stormed ahead by shooting 65 in the second round and then held his nerve on Saturday despite a surge from Masters Champion John Rahm.

The Spaniard was only a shot behind Young after a bogey-free 63 on Saturday.

However, despite what promised to be a tension-filled final day in the rainy North West, fans were left smiling by a shot of Harman earlier.

Journalist Kyle Porter kicked it off by sharing the screengrab of him carrying an umbrella that had an array of gloves and a towel hanging from the inside.

He captioned it with: “Brian Harman is running a pro shop under his umbrella.”

And golf supporters absolutely loved it as it was shared numerous times on social media.
