The singer and radio DJ turned heads in a sheer frock while posing on the red carpet at Vanity Fair's after party.
Ashley, 41, wore yellow underwear beneath the clingy dress that featured a bright and stripy print.
She matched the dress with nude heels, a red bag and an up-do hairtsyle.
The Pussycat Dolls star flaunted her incredible figure and showed off her natural beauty with flawless make-up.
Other celebs in attendance were BBC The One Show's Alex Jones, 46 and Charlotte Hawkins, 48 from Good Morning Britain.
