Betsy's dad is actor Lee Mead – they met when she was a judge on how Any Dream Will Do in 2007.

The couple announced their engagement in January 2009 and married in the Seychelles in April 2009.

Their daughter Betsy was born on May 1, 2010, but their marriage sadly came to an end in July 2013.

Denise and Eddie 47, started dating back in July 2014 after they were introduced by a mutual friend.

The commodities trader was Denise's first boyfriend since her 2013 split with Lee.

After five years together, the pair finally moved in together in January 2019.

Just days ago Denise shared the devastating news with fans that she and Eddie were going their separate ways after seven years together.

The pair had been dating for seven years and were planning to tie the knot in 2022 before their split.

She cemented her decision by unfollowing her former love on social media.

Eddie has moved out of Denise’s home and is staying with a pal at a pub nearby as he believes he can persuade her to forgive him.

A pal said: “Eddie is convinced he can win Denise back and isn’t willing to throw away all of their memories together. He’s pulling out all the stops to save their relationship.

“He feels terrible and pained that she’s hurting. He is desperate to gain her forgiveness and knows there are a lot of deep-rooted feelings involved. He’s not willing to accept it’s over for good.

“He thinks they’re the perfect match for each other and knows he was foolish. Eddie is keeping his distance for now and wants to give her the space and respect she needs. But he’s staying nearby in the hope he might be allowed back. He’s staying in a room above a mate’s pub.”
