EastEnders fans ‘work out’ who dies in 35th anniversary in tragic Ben twist
EastEnders is set to see a major character killed off during the anniversary of the soap's 35th year on the BBC, as the characters take to the Thames.
EastEnders spoilers have revealed that Queen Vic landlords Mick and Linda Carter will in the Best Pub in London contest, landing them a prize.
The pair are allowed to have a boat party on the Thames with their punters, but it will end in tragedy as a character will be killed off, according to The Sun.
While the identity of the mystery person has been kept a secret so far, viewers are sure they have worked out who is going to meet their maker.
Posting on a fan forum, one wrote: "It will be Callum as Kate Oates wants Ben become darker so why not kill the love of his life to turn him evil?"

A second fan chipped in: "I have a feeling it might be Callum. I really hope I’m wrong."
A third agreed: "I actually think it might be Callum.
"It's exactly the kind of thing Kate Oates would do, mainly because it means plenty more scenes of Ben feeling sorry for himself."
A fourth chipped in: "So you think KO will be doing a rinse and repeat of Paul then?

"It wouldn't surprise me," as they referenced the death of Ben Mitchell's first love.

The pair recently split after Ben decided to end the relationship to protect Callum from the life of crime that he was entering into with his dad.
Ben and Callum clearly still feel very strongly for each other as they slept together in passionate scenes amid a brief reunion.

A source said to The Sun: "Where better place for a major death than on the Thames itself, which is so central to the show?
"Trouble has been brewing in Walford for a while, and they decided it was the perfect occasion to see off a big name.
"It’s thought that as part of the dramatic scenes Sharon will give birth on the boat, but she is just one of many who could see themselves go overboard to an icy, watery death."
Looks like it is the end for Callum…
