What is Behind Her Eyes about?

Louise has been working hard to support herself and her son with the wages from her part-time job since her husband walked out.

Her son is her only focus – until David Young walks into her life. Successful and charming, Louise is tempted and the pair embark on an affair.

But then Louise meets his beautiful and elegant wife, Adele, and a friendship appears to blossom.

Who's in the cast?

Last year, Netflix announced Simona Brown, 26, would take on the role of Louise.

Simona's credits include The Casual Vacancy and The Night Manager.

Vanity Fair's Tom Batemen, 31, will play the dashing David Young, while his wife Adele will be portrayed by Eve Hewson.

Eve, 29, is the daughter of U2 singer Bono and earlier this year starred in BBC drama The Luminaries.

28-year-old Robert Aramayo (Nocturnal Animals, Game of Thrones) also plays a part.

Who are the team behind it?

Behind Her Eyes has been brought to Left Bank Pictures, who also produce The Crown.

Erik Richter Strand (Valkyrien, Occupied) directs all six episodes.

The show was written by Steve Lightfoot and Angela LaManna.

When will Behind Her Eyes be aired?

A specific date has not yet been announced but it's expected to be early 2021.

The format will see the story presented in six one hour episodes.

The thriller was filmed in both Scotland and London.
