LOVE Island Games fans were baffled when Maya Jama disappeared from the show – and was replaced by another presenter.

Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix, 38, has taken over as the host for two episodes this week.

One fan took to X/Twitter and asked: "WHERE IS MAYA JAMA?!??"

Another added: "No offence to Ariana Madix (I don't watch Vanderpump Rules) but why is she here hosting the recoupling and where the heck is Maya Jama??? Hellooooo?"

A third fan penned: "Ariana again? Where is Maya Jama?!?!"

Maya shared on her Instagram story that she appreciated the audience's enjoyment of the show, but she had to take a break for a trip to Italy.

Cat Deeley revealed as new This Morning host after Holly Willoughby quit

This comes one year after her shock split from former co-star and lover, Finley Tapp.

The source said: “Paige was an incredibly popular Islander who went through a real journey in the villa.

"She got off to a rocky start when the lad she was coupled with, Ollie Williams, was kicked out the villa when his trophy hunting past was uncovered.

"But she immediately hit it off with Finn when he arrived as a bombshell and despite their age difference, they went from strength to strength and viewers loved following their journey on the outside too.

“Everyone was sad to hear they had split but watching Paige back out on the dating scene will make for a great storyline in the star-spangled villa.”

An ITV spokesman said: “No Islanders have been confirmed for the forthcoming series of Love Island: All Stars at this stage.”
