Richard Madeley racks up Ofcom complaints with controversial GMB rants

TV veteran Richard Madeley has already landed a number of complaints to Ofcom for his controversial views on Good Morning Britain.

There has been 66 complaints logged to the watchdog from June 9 to June 14 and the regulator has confirmed that these were in relation to his comments.

The former This Morning star has found himself in the firing line for his remark about President Macron.

Other grievances included his announcement that he "will be travelling to France" despite the country being placed on the 'amber' list and an interview about students' rights to take down a portrait of the Queen.
