THIS Morning fans were left in stitches over "car crash interview" with Channel 4 property expert Guy Phoenix on Tuesday's episode.
Presenters Josie Gibson and Dermot O'Leary joined Building Britain's Superhomes star and property developer Guy live from Nottingham.
Guy told the hosts: "I've heard this is going to be the worlds quickest tour, so we're going to move on quickly if you follow me."
He then proceeded to race through the property, joking: "It's an Anneka Rice job…I've told I've got to run and your camera man fell over earlier, so he's injured."
He viewers at home a quick glimpse of the living room, hallway and the kitchen.
Struggling to get a word in edgewise, Dermot asked how he got into the building properties.

Guy continued to run through the mansion, telling viewers: "I've got to move you on apparently because this man keeps flagging me, saying I've got to hurry up."
Dermot interjected: "We're quite happy if you just want to sit down and have a chat."
Guy then collapsed on the staircase and said: "I would quite happily, lets just start again…I'm actually knackered."
The interview went from bad to worse when Guy took the camera crew into the bedroom, saying: "The owners have asked me not to go in the bedroom but they're not here, so lets go."

Back in the studio, Dermot remarked: "Exactly the kind of builder you want."
The impressive property boasted a huge chandelier, a cinema, a dressing room, an enormous bedroom and bathroom.
Gasping for breath, Guy said: "After I've shown you this I can sit down."
Josie and Dermot prompted him to take a seat, with Guy going one step further and having a lie down on the owners bed.
"I hope the owner doesn't see this as he's asked me not to go in the bedroom," Guy told viewers.
While getting off the bed, he accidentally pulled the plug out of his mic.
Dermot said: "Guy it's enlightening talking to you…"
Viewers were left in hysterics at the hilarious segment.
One wrote: "That was a car crash and a half."
Another posted: "Nice to have a bit of escapism. Guy is hilarious. Wonder how the owner is feeling about everyone seeing his bedroom though?"
A third added: "Omg love this builder guy. Give him a regular slot."
