Dermot interjected: "We're quite happy if you just want to sit down and have a chat."

Guy then collapsed on the staircase and said: "I would quite happily, lets just start again…I'm actually knackered."

The interview went from bad to worse when Guy took the camera crew into the bedroom, saying: "The owners have asked me not to go in the bedroom but they're not here, so lets go."

The impressive property boasted a huge chandelier, a cinema, a dressing room, an enormous bedroom and bathroom.

Gasping for breath, Guy said: "After I've shown you this I can sit down."

Josie and Dermot prompted him to take a seat, with Guy going one step further and having a lie down on the owners bed.

"I hope the owner doesn't see this as he's asked me not to go in the bedroom," Guy told viewers.

While getting off the bed, he accidentally pulled the plug out of his mic.

Dermot said: "Guy it's enlightening talking to you…"

Viewers were left in hysterics at the hilarious segment.

One wrote: "That was a car crash and a half."

Another posted: "Nice to have a bit of escapism. Guy is hilarious. Wonder how the owner is feeling about everyone seeing his bedroom though?"

A third added: "Omg love this builder guy. Give him a regular slot."

"Any point of Josie and Dermot being there?," someone else said.
