Lorraine Kelly discussed the release of Meghan Markle’s children’s book The Bench on her ITV show with showbiz presenter Ross King. However, when the LA correspondent addressed the couple’s parental leave, Lorraine warned Meghan and Prince Harry to “stop doing interviews” after their tell-all exposé with Oprah Winfrey earlier this year.

Meghan was inspired by the relationship between Harry and their first-born Archie for the book but it also includes a touching nod to daughter Lilibet “Lili” Diana, who was born on Friday.

Discussing the couple’s future plans, Ross revealed: “They’re gong to have some time off, Archewell their foundation allows people 20 weeks of parental leave which is quite good that they got that in.”

“It’s good that they’re taking some time off, no more interviews please, we’ve had enough now,” Lorraine remarked.
