Prince Harry on Sunday night attended a Los Angeles Football Club match against David Beckham’s Inter Miami side, joining a host of famous faces to watch Argentine soccer superstar Lionel Messi make his LA debut, after joining Miami in July.
Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, was on the list of attendees, but was not seen.
The prince, however, was spotted laughing and joking with Will Ferrell at the BMO Stadium in south Los Angeles.
Other famous faces at the game included Owen Wilson, Leonardo DiCaprio and Lebron James.
Every person mentioned on the list of VIPs attending the match had their job title included – except Harry and Meghan.
The 38-year-old looked decidedly more upbeat at the soccer game than at the Beyonce concert he attended on Friday – where he was mocked online for looking distinctly bored.

Harry played soccer at school at Eton, writing in his memoir that he loved all sports.
‘I played every dry sport, though rugby captured my heart,’ he wrote – with ‘dry sports’ at Eton meaning cricket, football, rugby, or polo. Wet sports were rowing, sailing, or swimming.
Harry said he found playing rugby therapeutic.
‘Beautiful game, plus a good excuse to run into stuff very hard,’ he wrote.
‘Rugby let me indulge my rage. I simply didn’t feel pain the way other boys did, which made me scary on a pitch.’
The game drew a large crowd, eager to see Argentine superstar Lionel Messi make his debut in the city.
Messi signed for the Miami side in July, and has helped the team rocket up the league table – to the delight of co-owner David Beckham.
