Another woman is coming forward to accuse Gov. Andrew Cuomo of sexual misconduct, alleging that he grabbed her face and kissed her without her consent outside her home — and claiming to have photographic evidence.
The woman is yet to be publicly identified, but will hold a press briefing Monday afternoon with high-powered attorney Gloria Allred, according to a press release.
The married woman will detail how she “was shocked when the Governor suddenly grabbed her face and kissed her in front of her home,” according to the release.
A photo of the kiss will be provided during the briefing, the release additionally states.
Cuomo’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Several women — most of them current or former Cuomo staffers — have accused the governor of inappropriate remarks or physical contact since late February.
While the governor has admitted to and apologized for improper workplace comments, he has strongly denied allegations of untoward touching.
Dozens of Democratic lawmakers — including New York’s two US senators, Kirsten Gillibrand and Chuck Schumer, the Senate Majority leader — have called on Cuomo to resign, but he has refused to do so.
He faces both an independent investigation organized by state Attorney General Letitia James, and a probe in the state Assembly as a prelude to impeachment proceedings.
